B.B. Patel, CEO of BPR Properties, brings over 35 years of hospitality and real estate experience to Signet Hotels. His diverse experience includes ground-up development and restoring and renovating landmark hotels. Mr. Patel has served as a Governor of Best Western International for the past 20 years. In 2006, Mr. Patel was awarded the Chairman Legacy Award from Best Western International in recognition for his exceptional service to the brand. Mr. Patel holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from L.D. Engineering College, Gujarat University and a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University.

Dr. Prabhu Goel offers a wealth of leadership experience and entrepreneurship to the Signet Management team. Since 1991, Dr. Goel has invested in over 30 private companies and served on many of their boards. Dr. Goel was Division President and Director of Cadence Design Systems, Inc. (NYSE: CDN). Before joining Cadence, Dr. Goel was the CEO/Chairman of Gateway Design Automation Corporation, which was acquired by Cadence Design Systems in 1989. He is a founding member of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneur), the largest organization of entrepreneurs in the world. He serves on the Board of Governors for the Indian School of Business. Dr. Goel graduated from IIT Kanpur and was the recipient of the President's Gold Medal for academic excellence. He also received a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Over the years, Mr. Patnaik has founded and incubated multiple companies in the computer software and hardware arena spanning several geographies. He built CMOS Technology, a Silicon Valley hardware start up in early nineties with revenues over $350 million, which later acquired by Formosa group in 1994. He had started Cmos Soft in software field, Cmos chips in chip design, Concio in healthcare product and solution, Audasis in healthcare KPO, Schoolcity in internet infrasture for education. In the last couple of years he has been building companies in the emerging market like India including companies such as Azilon in Enterprise Process Governance space and Quantaz in the telecom sector. He has invested in many Silicon Valley technology start up companies. He has a Master degree in Computer Science and MBA from University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Sudhir Sinha has over 22 years of experience in hospitality and service industry. He brings with him rich experience in the areas of franchise development, general management, new business initiatives including start-up projects, joint ventures and acquisitions etc. In his previous role as Vice President Development & Franchise Services with Choice Hotels, he had made significant contributions in the areas of franchise development and the accelerated growth of the company. He has also handled large and diversified business operations of several companies including International Travel House (an ITC Group company), CLG Hotels & Resorts, South Asian Hotels & Resorts and Abercrombie & Kent India etc. Mr. Sinha has Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and he did his Post Graduation in Business Management in 1986.

Mr. Patel has vast hotel and hospitality industry experience with Intercontinental Hotels, Oxford Lodging, and JHM Hotels. Mr. Patel has worked extensively on acquisitions, valuations, market analysis, feasibility studies, and operational efficiencies at hotels throughout the United States. He received an M.S. in Hospitality Management from the Hotel School of Administration at Cornell University and has an M.I.S. from the University of California, Berkeley.

Mr. G S Chenny is a veteran in hospitality industry and brings with himself a wealth of knowledge with his 25 years of experience. He has done preopening of over 12 hotels and has successfully operated and marketed over 30 hotels in the chain and independently owned hotels. He has proven credentials and track record under senior management portfolios with several international and domestic hotel chains including Carlson Hotels USA, Choice Hotels, ITDC Hotels apart from his tenure as Chief Executive with American Embassy. He also specialized in operational audit for turnaround of hotels as well. He was also a member of the board of Governor of various Institutes of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition (IHMCTAN).
In Best Western India he will be responsible for the operations and sub-licensee services. He will also be responsible for execution and pre-opening of the new hotel projects of the company.

Mr. Balagopalan brings with him a valuable experience of 27 years in the field of Accounts & Finance. He has made significant contributions in diversified industries including international trade, manufacturing, financial services and hospitality. He has also handled hotel project finance for Inovoa Hotels, a subsidiary of Asian Hotels (West) Ltd, owners of Hyatt Regency Mumbai. Prior to joining us, he was heading accounts department of Choice Hospitality.

Ms. Rimple Kaur is Executive Assistant to the President & Chief Operating Officer with additional responsibility as Head - Human Resource of the organization. She is a business management graduate from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. In addition to this she also holds a Management Diploma in Tourism from IATA, Canada. Ms Rimple possesses 4 years of experience in the hospitality and service industry. Prior to joining Best Western, she served as a manager in one of the reputed hotels in Ranchi for 3 years. She has also worked as a senior customer associate in Interglobe Technologies and United Airlines.
